Being born in Texas Wyn was surrounded by football from the beginning. With that being said football wasn’t an option for a young lady in the 70’s and 80’s, so she did the next best thing and played softball and volleyball all the way through college. After graduating and beginning her career in nonprofit organization work she moved to LA to head up all 33 LA Metro YMCA’s Sports and Aquatics Centers. She continued her love of sports by coaching softball, volleyball, water polo and US Junior swim teams for 10 years before moving to Colorado, getting married and having 2 amazing kids. Wyn got involved with the Blaze when she encouraged her partner to try out for the team. From this point on she was in 110% for whatever was needed. While running a company here in Denver, having a family, now owning the #1 football team in Colorado and being appointed to the WFA Board of Directors, Wyn is all in on helping and guiding the Blaze to be the best team in the nation. She handles all of our field and facility rentals as well as all of our travel plans. She organizes fundraisers to help raise necessary money, and works hard to get our team the best opportunities that we can, on and off the field. She works closely with not only the other owners in the league, but also with the WFA owner to help the continual growth of the sport for women.
